When you submit our contact form, your name, email, phone, and message are transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to our team by email. Formspree stores form submissions in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We do not use any other third-party service that receives your personal information through this website.
If you choose to secure your appointment with a $20 refundable deposit, payment is processed through our booking system. We retain only the transaction confirmation record. Card data is handled entirely by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers. A full refund is issued for cancellations with 24 or more hours notice.
We retain your contact information for up to 24 months from your last service or inquiry, after which it is deleted from our records. If you have not scheduled or received service, we retain your inquiry for up to 90 days.
Formspree submission records are subject to Formspree's own retention policy. You may request deletion of your submission directly from Formspree by contacting them through their privacy portal.
Under the Maryland Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) (Md. Code, Com. Law §§ 14-3501 et seq.), in the event of a security breach involving your personal information, we will notify you in writing without unreasonable delay and no later than 45 days after discovery of the breach, unless a law enforcement agency determines notification would impede a criminal investigation.
